29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iii): Contract employer did not document that each contract employee received and understood the training required by this paragraph to include a record which contained the identify of the contract employee, date of the training, and means used to verify understanding of the training. Contract employer did not document that contracted employee(s) working at Lincoln Premium Poultry, LLC - 1325 E. Cloverly Rd. - Fremont, NE 68025, received training on the physical and hazardous properties of anhydrous ammonia refrigerant. On or about February 19, 2022, second shift contracted employee(s) disassembled a process cooling unit, releasing anhydrous ammonia. An employee suffered severe skin and inhalation burns.
