29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form (Maritime Reference 1915.154): a) On or about February 24, 2022, in a marine shipyard, a reasonable estimate of employee exposure was not determined for employees using welding torches to cut the support legs of a jack up rig that was being dismantled.
