29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. Standard Technologies, LLC located at 2641 Hayes Avenue in Fremont, Ohio 43420: On or about March 10, 2022 the employer did not ensure the work floor at and around the enclosed shot blast system was kept clean. Employees that access the area and/or refill the shot blast hoppers were exposed to same level slip and fall hazards due to cast steel shot, "BBs", escaping the blast system and falling to the floor.
