29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Line four, located at 4700 Stalwart Drive, Fairburn, GA 30213, on or about February 16, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in and amputation hazards, in that no periodic evaluation of the energy control procedures was establish while employees performed maintenance on equipment capable of being locked out.
