29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Unstable or unsafely arranged loads were handled. Caution was not exercised when handling off-center loads which could not be centered: a) In the warehouse, located at 200 Expansion Blvd., Port Wentworth, GA 31407, on or about February 17, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by and struck-by hazards, in that employees were permitted to operate powered industrial trucks with unstable loads while moving, lifting, and traveling.
