29 CFR 1910.217(c)(3)(vii)(d): Two hand controls shall be fixed in position so that only a supervisor or safety engineer is capable of relocating the controls. On or about February 8, 2022, at a workplace located at 5757 West Custer Street, Manitowoc, WI in the Core Department: the two hand controls installed and utilized on the E.W. Bliss C45 part revolution mechanical power press were not in a fixed position. The controls were installed on a moveable control station connected to the press with a yellow cord.
