29 CFR 1910.263(c)(2): Gear(s) of bakery machinery, regardless of location, were not completely enclosed. a) Jobsite: 421 Boot Rd, Downingtown, PA - On or about February 6, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the gear assembly systems located in the second stage icing machine of the Layer Cake line were enclosed exposing the employees who operated the machine to amputation hazards.
