29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: a) Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc., 601 Industrial Road, Middletown, DE 19709 (DELNET LINE 1 ): On or about February 14,2022, operators who routinely operate DELNET Line 1 machines were not provided training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of energy available in the workplace and the methods & means necessary for energy isolation.
