29 CFR 1910.119(n): The employer did not establish an emergency plan for the entire plant in accordance with the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.38: At a worksite located at 1645 NW 550th Rd, Kingsville, MO 64061: Employees were exposed to fire and possible explosion hazards. This occurred on or about and at times prior to January 27, 2022. The employer failed to develop an emergency action plan for employees working with energetic materials in a small arms ammunition manufacturing facility that meets the requirements specified under 29 CFR 1910.38.
