29 CFR 1910.181(i)(4)(ii): People shall not be permitted to stand or pass under a load on the hook. a. On or about December 08, 2021, employees were operating a water well drilling hoist to lift/ move drilling rods, during which time one of the employees was positioned/ standing such that his feet were positioned under the load/ drilling rods; therefore exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard.
