29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite-specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Pine View Nursing & Convalescent Home, Inc. located at 400 McKinley Ave Harrisville, WV 26362: On or about February 2, 2022, and times prior, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer required employees to wear respirators throughout their shifts while exposed to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents. The employer, Pine View Nursing & Convalescent Home, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1512910, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 8, 2021 with respect to a workplace located at 400 McKinley Ave Harrisville, WV 26362.
