29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (a) Capitol Finishes Incorporated, VA: On or about 2/2/22, and times prior thereto, employees had access and exposure to chemicals for Terazzo flooring mixture and curing. The employer had failed to maintain an updated copy of the safety data sheets for: Arim Italian Marble Chip/ Mineral Stone, Arim Marble Chip, and Estes Permacolor Quartz.
