29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The Employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical in use. a) Main Office Area- On or about January 27, 2022, employees were exposed to eye injuries and skin burns while being in direct contact with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Propane and Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel, where the employer did not maintain safety data sheets.
