29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: ConnectRN, Inc. worksite located at 240 Northcrest Drive, Napoleon, OH 43545: On or about December 16, 2021 and at times thereafter, the employer did not ensure a medical evaluation to determine each employee's ability to use a respirator was provided before requiring the use. Employees were required to wear respirators throughout their work shift to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and while providing care to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
