29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: On or about January 15, 2022, in the MDI-1 unit at Rubicon located in Geismar, LA, workers were exposed to thermal burns when the employer did not use any caution signage on 8-inch discharge pipe of the dechlorination column (AS-4202) rupture disc PSE-207, to warn against the chemical release hazard.
