The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: Extruder walkaway area, 9594 S. Presa St, San Antonio, TX: On or about January 11, 2022 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not repair a broken stairway and missing handrail, exposing workers to trip and fall hazards.
