29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: (a) On or about 3/2/2022, for the employees in the block plant operating the block machine where employee's exposure to noise may equal or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program. 1KB & MS LLC DBA Kingston Block & Masonry LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.95(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1234830 citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 06/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Kiefer Lane Kingston, NY 12401.
