29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators had not been fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: On or about December 30, 2021 and dates prior, the employer had not provided a fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators throughout their shifts while employees were performing duties such as administering medication to residents, orally or intravenously, assisting with bathing, feeding, or dressing, on suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
