29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors entered cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Employees engaged in casing mail at the United States Postal Office located at 420 East Avenue, Holdrege, Nebraska were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the employees were not instructed in the recognition of the hazards associated with working around live electrical circuits or exposed conductors and the methods to mitigate those hazards.
