29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer had not provided a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize those hazards: On or about December 23, 2021, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 24'-6" to a lower level while assessing an electrical project in the area of the Skip Hoist Construction Project located at 8826 US-24 Mapleton, Illinois 61547, and the employer had not ensured the employee was trained on procedures to minimize fall hazards.
