29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): This standard is applicable to construction employment as defined by 1926.59. The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each shift for chemicals used: The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical exposure hazards while performing job related duties at the construction worksite. This was most recently documented on or about December 14, 2021 at a residential construction jobsite located at 8202 S 194th St., Gretna Nebraska. The employer is not ensuring that all employees are aware of Safety Data Sheets. In the event of accidental exposure, first aid may not be able to be determined or it may be delayed without the availability of SDSs. Chemical in use such as, but not limited to, DYNAGRIP 4000 Subfloor Construction Adhesive.
