29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator is fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter: a) Workplace, 143 Meadows Road, Lafayette, NJ The employer provided and required employees including Youth Support Specialists and a House Manager to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 during the care and supervision of Covid-19 Positive or Under Investigation Youth Residents. The employer did not ensure that initial fit testing was conducted for a Youth Support Specialist, and a House Manager. Violation occurred on or about December 12, 2021 and thereafter.
