29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(21):Each employee did not use at least one hand to grasp the ladder when progressing up and/or down the ladder: Entrance to Mass Pike Toll Plaza., Chicopee, MA: On or about November 29, 2021, an employee was observed walking up the egress ladder, as if it were a staircase, without using either of his hands. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
