29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer had not trained each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment: On or about October 29, 2021, an employee used a 3-foot stepladder to perform maintenance on a John Deere 8630 tractor and the employer did not ensure that the employee had been trained on the use of ladders.
