29 CFR 1910.213(h)(4):Radial saw(s) were not installed in a manner so as to cause the cutting head to return gently to the starting position when released by the operator: a) DeWalt 16" radial arm saw; On or about November 11, 2021 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a radial arm saw that did not return to the starting position when released by the operator. b) Centerline radial arm saw; On or about November 11, 2021 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a radial arm saw that did not return to the starting position when released by the operator.
