29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(vi):Walkway(s) and stairway(s), were not provided with standard handrails where required in elevated and hazardous locations: (a) PRODUCTION AREA, SIDE OF HEAD SAW - Employees were exposed to an approximate two foot fall onto the dust conveyor from the access walkway, on or about November 17, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
