29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition a) 700 New Castle Ave Wilmington, De. 19801: On or about November 16, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that the stairway leading into the warehouse building was free of walking /working surface hazards. The failure of frequent and regular inspection resulted in the stairway being corroded and structurally unstable, resulting in a unsafe walking surface.
