Teijin Automotive Technologies on or about November 08, 2021, at the address of 100 S. Poe Rd. N. Baltimore, OH: The employer did not ensure that employees followed procedures for verifying/inspecting work area for removal of nonessential items such as tools when removing lockout lock on press 4 robotic cell. In this condition employees are exposed to injuries up to death.
