29 CFR 1910.37(e): Employer did not install and maintain an operable employee alarm system that had a distinctive signal to warn employees of fire or other emergencies: a. In the facility - On or about November 8, 2021, the facility was not equipped with an emergency alarm notification system such as but not limited to fire strobe or other visual and auditory means of alerting employees of an emergency, exposing employees to a fire or emergency hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
