29 CFR 1910.217(c)(5)(i): The employer shall use a control system and a brake monitor which comply with paragraphs (b)(13) and (14) of this section; On or about October 28, 2021, the Rousselle Model 10, 110 Ton, Part Revolution Mechanical Power Press did not have a control system and brake monitor installed when employees were required to place hands in die exposing employees to crushing hazards.
