29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about 10/11/2021 - Bay 2, employees were exposed to caught-between hazards when performing servicing and maintenance activities such as, but not limited to, removing, repairing, or replacing damaged parts on Phaeton motorhomes, and a procedure had not been developed for controlling potentially hazardous energy due to gravity.
