The employer must ensure: 29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition; a. On or about October 8, 2021 located in the flu duct at 29503 State Rt. 7, Stratton, Ohio, the employer failed to inspect walking-working surfaces regularly and maintain a safe condition, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
