29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects as immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with � 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with � 1910.22(d), or replaced. a) Office Driveway; 411 First Ave., Columbus, GA 31901 - On or about 10/15/2021, the employer exposed employees to a fall from a height of approximately nine (9) feet, in that; an employee was allowed to use a 10-foot A-frame fiberglass step ladder with visible defects on the rubber shoes/feet of both front rails. The ladder was not tagged with "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or similar language or replaced.
