29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Worksite- On or about October 13, 2021 the employer did not keep portable fire extinguishers readily accessible. A portable fire extinguisher located in the Problem Solve Area was obstructed by two rolling carts with packaging material and empty-cardboard boxes, exposing employees to fire hazards.
