29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. (a) Maintenance shop; On or about October 5, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer did not conduct a periodic review of their energy control procedures exposing employees who were required to perform servicing and maintenance on powered industrial vehicles (PIV) to potential hazardous energies such as but not limited to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and gravity energy sources.
