29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Jose Painting Co LLC at 350 Spruce Ridge Ln in Snowmass Village, CO 81615: On or about September 4, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees working at heights to perform painting activities on a residential roof were trained on fall protection. This condition prevented employees from recognizing and mitigating exposure to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet.
