At Boa Vida Hospital of Aberdeen, MS, LLC dba Monroe Regional Hospital located at 400 S Chestnut Street, Aberdeen, MS 39730: (a) On or about September 24, 2021, the employer did not provide an initial fit test to all employees. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients.
