29 CFR 1926.300(b)(4)(iv): Point of operation guarding was not provided on power saws: a) On or about September 21, 2021; an employee used a 10 inch Bosch table-saw (SN 50805 0274) without a blade guard and without using a push stick to cut brake metal pieces exposing them to a potential amputation hazard. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
