29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): Industrial truck drivers were not prohibited from placing extremities outside the running lines of the truck: On or about September 14, 2021, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards because employees being trained on the Hubtex powered industrial truck were permitted to ride on the equipment outside the operator cab and travel with their arms resting on the exterior for balance.
