29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. a) Throughout the company, located at 1377 Old Nunez Road and 8985 Pine Tree Trail, Swainsboro, GA 30401, on or about September 07, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards, in that all authorized, affected, or other employees were not trained in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control.
