29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator: 200 Crownshield Ave., Uxbridge, MA: On or about August 30, 2021, the employer had not provided a medical evaluation to the employee utilizing a honeywell full face cartridge style respirator for protection against fiberglass and high density mineral wool dusts and fibers during batt installation into wall and ceiling cavitys. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
