29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(v):The hinged or movable section(s) of interlocked press barrier guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not prevent opening of the interlocked section and reaching into the point of operation prior to die closure or prior to the cessation of slide motion: On and prior to August 10, 2021, the hinged section of the point of operation barrier guard, on the Ejection Cartridge Capper, full revolution mechanical power press, located in building T-285, was not properly interlocked. The installed interlock device did not prevent opening of the interlocked hinged guard prior to the cessation of the slide motion.
