29 CFR 1910.138(a):The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasion; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes. Location: 70 Riverside Drive, Clinton, CT 06413 - On or about August 11, 2021, the employer did not select and have employees use hand and/or arm protection that would protect affected employees, from exposure to hazards, including hazards from severe cuts or lacerations, abrasions and/or punctures, while performing boat maintenance and repair activities.
