29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. (a) One or about August 5, 2021, the employer had not performed annual periodic inspections of the energy control procedures for equipment such as, but not limited to welding machines, coiling machines, and other metal fabricating equipment to ensure that procedures and requirements of the standard are being followed and that employees who implement energy control procedures understand their application.
