29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in the following topics to include but not limited to operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate: Location - 13 Centennial Dr., Peabody, MA 01960 - Dock 7. On or about 8/3/2021, employees operated powered industrial trucks (PITs) into the back of a truck trailer after the truck had been in an accident and was structurally compromised.
