29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(E): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in work-related topics such as narrow aisles and other restricted places where the vehicle would be operated: (a) On or about July 26, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees unloading trailers and/or box trucks with Crown Electric Pallet Jacks, were trained on the hazards of the restricted overhead space when load heights exceed the exit route height limitations, exposing employees to struck by and crushing hazards.
