29 CFR 1926.502(i)(4):All covers were not color coded or marked with the word "HOLE" or "COVER" to provide warning of the hazard: a) 53 W Germantown Pike Norristown, PA, Roof- On or about July 6, 2021, and times prior thereto, the employer failed to mark plywood covers with the word "hole" or "cover" at the job site to warn employees of the hazard. IMC Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(i)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1294325, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 3, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 390 Hackensack Ave, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
