29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) Daphne Middle School - Daphne, AL; On or about July 1, 2021, and at times prior; the employer exposed employees engaged in painting activities to dermal, inhalation, and ingestion hazards in that the employer failed to maintain and have available safety data sheets for employees using chemicals such as, but not limited to interior/exterior latex and acrylic paint, denatured alcohol, acetone and methyl ethyl ketone.
