Circle T, Inc., 617 West Center Street, Marion, Ohio 43302: On or about June 22, 2021, the employer did not assess the employees' ability to service rim wheels safely including but not limited to the use of a restraining barrier and an understanding of the necessity of standing outside the trajectory during inflation of the tire and during inspection of the rim wheel following inflation.
