29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(B):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees with a condition that interfered with the face-to-facepiece seal or valve function: a) On or about May 13, 2021, throughout the facility employees required to wear 3M 6000 series half face respirators wore a balaclava underneath their respirators, exposing them to inhalation hazards.
